Corporate and commercial consulting
Ida Golemanova has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2019.
She advises corporate clients in the fields of commercial and contract law, labour and social security law, as well as various areas of administrative law.
In her practice, she assists domestic and international clients with the establishment and development of business operations, including advice on raising financing, corporate restructurings, labour organisation, tax aspects of business activities, lease relations in commercial buildings, as well as compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Administrative disputes and public organizations
Ms. Golemanova has developed particular expertise in administrative litigation. For more than six years, she has led or participated in the legal representation of public entities in cases involving EU funds financing, state and municipal liability for damages, environmental protection, waste management, civil service matters, tax and social security receivables, municipality matters and other administrative law matters. In her practice, she has successfully defended substantial EU grant funding.
Her work has been recognised by the independent international legal directory The Legal 500. In 2021, she was listed as a Recommended Lawyer in the areas of Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution, EU and Competition Law, and Energy and Natural Resources, and in 2024 she was also recognised in the field of Commercial and Corporate Law / Mergers and Acquisitions.
